Rich!

Everything you do for others always comes back to you. One way or another you will be rewarded or punished for all your deeds. I believe in destiny; I believe in judgement; I believe in a fair world where everybody gets what (s)he deserves. I guess I have been a good boy, because I got rewarded today. I am rich!

I won 100 euros in the Loteria de Navidad in Spain! Together with my mother, so we're both rich! Whereas the last two years of my life have been typified by poverty, by pasta with red sauce the last week of every month, from now on I will be without financial doubts. There’re no limits no more to what I can do. I can buy a metro ticket for the B1 zone, so for one month I can really travel around Madrid; I can invite a special friend to have a romantic dinner and not worry about the bill; I can have my hair cut and buy new shoes to go to a concert and dance and sing along. I am rich I am rich I am rich!

If this is the new way for my life from now on, be prepared for much more stories in 2008. I might just travel a lot more, meet even more people who teach me wonderful lessons and get into other crazy situations. I am rich! First, however, I will need to retreat in the contemplations wealth brings along: who to spend this prosperity with? I guess I know, do you? We are rich!
